EUSTON AREA PLAN UPDATE
The Euston Area Plan (EAP) is a planning document which will help to shape the future of the Euston Area.

Our current timetable includes further consultation on a revised version of the updated Euston Area Plan prior to submission for independent examination (currently expected in early 2025).
We will use the comments received from consultations in Summer 2024, along with the adopted EAP, and the proposed update published in January 2023 to inform discussions with landowners about the future of Euston station development.
